I do not clean or test fire these firearms-I’ll run a patch
down the bore & take a quick peak to note condition. IF you are not
familiar or do not possess the skills- I strongly recommend you have a
competent gun smith go over your purchase before taking it to the range.

NOTE:
The take down magazine tube does not want to unscrew. I will
not force it! It is no doubt set up for decades of sitting in a box. If you
look at the magazine tube you can see it has not been taken down many times as
their in almost no wear on the area at the mag tube ring.
I slipped the stock on for pictures, I did not screw it down. Over the entire rifle is in good condition
for its age. As I state in my opener
terms –it will need a good teardown and cleaning.

26” Octagonal barrel with full magazine Bore is in fair
condition dark in places and some fouling /pitting
The elevator for the rear sight is missing
Action cycles well
Crescent butt plate.
Has bumps-dings-bruises that are typically found on an used arm this age
