SOLD RARE M91 TULA 1922 N75785 1922 Finnish M-91 Tula Civil Guard, SK.y, 7.62x54R, Matching

1922 Finnish M-91 Tula Civil Guard, SK.y, 7.62x54R, Matching, Finn

This is a matching, Finnish used 1922 dated M-91 made by the Soviet Union. It is in pretty much stock condition for a M-91 including the original Barleycorn front sight and the rear sight has not been remarked to meters. The Tula hammer marked, hex receiver is dated 1922. The barrel has the Soviet P.C.C.P. Tula stamp and is dated 1922.

The unspliced M-91 stock has the lined out Finnish Civil Guard number S 17060 stamped on the right side with a partial Soviet cartouche on the left. It also has Finnish sling swivels in the sling slots and comes with a Finn sling.

The 1922 is rare enough but this is a basically unmodified Soviet made M-91 that had seen use by the Finnish Civil Guard.

Finnish M-39 Mosin Nagant, 1941, Puolustuslaitos marked, matching, SA stamped, hex, 7.62x54R, Finn, SAKO

COLLECTORS NOTES:

Finnish M-39 Mosin Nagant, 1941, Puolustuslaitos marked, matching, SA stamped, hex, 7.62x54R, Finn, SAKO

This 1941 dated, matching M-39 has the rare “Puolustuslaitos” Finnish Army property stamp. The PL stamp was used briefly for a two month period in 1942. It was replaced by the much more common boxed SA stamp. This rifle is both PL an SA stamped. It is a solid wartime spliced stock with rifle a beautiful SAKO cartouche. This rifle is a CAI import but it was stamped “98/22 8mm Czech” by the importer. One of the wizards at Century must have been having a bad day.

These are old rifles-so check them out well or have a gunsmith look at yours to ensure it is safe to use.
